You can choose a different font or a way to round the edges using the wizard available with the product, or by adding your own suggestions in the comments to your order. All our products are created by hand, which gives us great flexibility in customizing the final product to your preferences.

Returns and Warranty:

Product with dedication according to art. 38 of the order dated 30.05.2014. (OJ.U. of 2019. pos. 134) is not refundable. However, it is, of course, subject to warranty - incorrect or contrary to description products can be returned up to 2 years after purchase.

The wood's characteristic smell and unique texture give our product a unique charm. The product is not varnished, so it retains the natural appearance and smell of wood. However, you can cover it with varnish or paint to suit your style. This is particularly appealing to younger customers who enjoy decorating our products with their own hands. Due to the use of laser technology, the engraving areas and sides of the plate have a dark color, which is a natural effect of the laser and adds a unique character to the product.
