Returns and warranty
Product with inscription according to Art. 38 of the order dated 30.05.2014. (OJ.U. of 2019. pos. 134) is not refundable. However, it is, of course, subject to the warranty - poor quality or items that contradict the description can be returned up to 2 years after making the purchase.
Material properties and finish:
The goods are made of natural plywood, that is, several thin layers of natural wood joined into one part. That is, as befits wood, it has a beautiful smell and an irregular texture. The product is not varnished, so it looks natural and has a wood smell. The received goods can be varnished or colored. The material is a very graceful "canvas". Younger customers are happy to decorate our products with their own hands - crayons or paints are a good friend of our goods. The product is laser cut, so there is a dark color of wood in the engraving areas and sides, this is a natural effect of the laser work.
The manufacturer guarantees the repair or replacement of the equipment up to 24 months from the date of purchase. Contact the store via the claim form to order a courier who will pick up the equipment from your home.
