Returns and warranty
Product with individual inscription according to Art. 38 of the law of 30.05.2014. (OJ.U. of 2019. pos. 134) is not refundable. However, it is subject to warranty, of course - poor quality or nonconforming products can be returned up to 2 years after purchase.

The product is made of natural plywood, that is, several thin layers of natural wood joined into one part. That is, as befits wood, it has a beautiful aroma and an asymmetrical structure. The product is not varnished, so it looks natural and has the scent of wood. The resulting article can be varnished or colored. The material is a very graceful "canvas". Younger buyers are eager to decorate our products themselves - crayons or paints are a good friend of our products. The product is laser cut, so there is a dark shade of the board in the engraving areas and sides, this is a typical laser effect.
Manufacturer's warranty for 2 years
The manufacturer guarantees the repair or replacement of the equipment up to 24 months from the date of purchase. Contact the store via the claim form to order a courier who will pick up the equipment from your home.
